Question:

In TV ads, why are women using the vacuum and cleaning the shower?

In all the TV commercials advertising cleaning products such as vacuum cleaners and all-purpose cleaners they show women, never men, using them. Where is the outcry for this?

Answer:

Well cleaning has always been thought of as a job/task/responsibility for women.
I guess because women actually purchase 90% of these types of products. Can u imagine a man discussing the functions of the latest washing machine or if a multi purpose cleaner will actually clean the windows and the stove, I don't think so. Some men MIGHT help with housework (mine does not), he wouldn't know the washer from the dryer!!! And that 's the way I like it. I suppose we are old fashioned but we believe in the saying a womens' place is in the home. We have a sort of understanding, I don't mess with his welding and tinkering and he doesn't mess with my housework.
approximately as quickly as a week, until there's a ought to do it extra regularly or my mum is vacationing lol I incredibly have laminate flooring by way of my total downstairs so i can comb that and as we don't positioned on shoes interior the homestead the carpets upstairs stay extraordinarily sparkling xx
You're right. I'm just waiting for the women's workout/defense ads on tv where it shows the guy getting kicked in the balls, maced in the face, punched in the head, slapped in the face, his wallet emptied on the spot and her peeling off in his car. Because at least that would be really how it is.
Advertisers know that if it was down to men to buy these products they would go bust. That's why they aim the market at woman. It's the same with D.I.Y adverts the man is always using the drill etc. Leave it be. From a personal point of view. Woman want there man to help with the cleaning and general housekeeping. But us men deep down know that when woman dream about their fantasy man they don't want to think he cleans the bath or does the hoovering or the dishes, they want to think of him sweating with a big manly tool in his hand. Bigger the better if you know what I mean.
