Question:

Installed a new furnace fan and now my smoke detectors chirp when it starts up. What gives?

Over the past year, as my old furnace fan began to wear out, one of the smoke detectors upstairs would chirp whenever the a/c started. Yesterday I replaced the furnace fan and this morning when it the a/c started, all of the smoke detectors throughout the house chirped, some of them several times. Strangely, it did not happen every time the a/c started.

Answer:

depends on the location of the detector and the type. if the detector is of the type that uses a sensor that detects material in the atmosphere (air) which is the most common type, then it may go off if it is to close to steam as the steam would block the sensors. it is unlikely though that the steam from a pot of coffee will set it off in your room.
There is only One God, Jesus Christ. Thor is a false idol made by man. The LORD has commanded THOU SHALT HAVE NO OTHER GODS BEFORE HIM. Thor is a false god, never existed never will. Jesus is God in human form and is the only true God. I know this because I know HIM through His Holy Spirit. And you WILL believe Jesus is God whether you have accepted Him into your heart in this life or whether you stand before Him at your final judgment in the next.
That is a problem - remember that dogs can easily choke on a button, get strangled when something on the clothing snags a branch in the yard, etc. So keep safety in mind! Personally, I prefer cotton hoodies that can be tossed in the wash. No cutesy sayings. Just a thick, washable cotton. Fleece pills, and those adorable sweaters can't be washed week after week. Surprisingly, a warm cotton plain hoodie is hard to find!
