Who would win and why?I say Iron Man.
Iron Man can use his anti-tank missile. He has that weapon. He can also use his uni-beam. Syndrome can use his robots, but let's be realistic. Iron Man has fought robots before, so Iron Man has the experience. Iron Man also has bullets on his shoulders.
Iron Man easily. His suit and equipment is miles ahead of Syndrome.
