Question:

Iron Techniques?

What martial arts teach Iron techniques (i.e. Iron Palm, Iron Shirt, Iron Body, Golden Bell Cover, etc.) and what are ALL of the Iron techniques?

Answer:

Actually, there are iron/golden techniques in Martial Arts. Metal is also another word. It's not just in mvoies. Most kung fu styles that I know about teach sand bag/iron palm. Basically metal is an elemental aspect that the CHinese used to relate to martial arts. Fire, wood, water, air. Metal is also an elemental style. It's supposed to be hard. Same with earth. Basically iron and golden are all hard metals. Iron body is the same way. Iron relates to a type of training and body manipulation. It's hard. So, anything HARD [[no innuendos]] is iron anything. Hard body, hard hand, hard head iron body training.
Don't bother with this crap. You can practice it your whole life then still get knocked out with single punch.
there really are no factual arts that teach those there more based on movies. But if u look up wolfs law u will learn what ur looking for. Hard body training is another word from it. Concrete is 4 time harder than average human bone. When ur damge ur hand say by punching concrete u actually cause thousands of small fractures in the bone. Ur body uses calcium to cast over these fractures thus a much stronger bone. u could turn any bone in ur body into a deadly weapon.

For the best answers, search on this site shorturl.im/av2AP open the hood of your car, carefully inspect your factory, air intake, follow it to the front, or inner fender mount. THIS IS THE BEST COLD AIR INTAKE!!! for your car, if you want to hear the intake sucking air, you can drill holes in the air box on the dirty side of the filter (but I dont recommend it) a sewer pipe with an air filter stuck on the end, will in all likely hood mess up the computer, and can cause a lean conditon, which can burn up your motor. A stock throttle body, flows max air already, a 3.0 is a small engine to begin with, and for its size, makes great power now.a sooper dooper pooper scooper power chip is another waste of your money, and can also cause engine problems. IN order to get good power out of a 3.0 you need to build a motor with solid performance parts, and a turbo, even then, with a short ram intake, the hp gain may be in the 3,500 to 5,000 rpm range, and you cannot run around town in that rpm range. WE ALL would like an extra 100 horsepower, but the reality is in a small 3 liter engines it takes a fat wallet to do it right. save your money, 500 bucks for a air intake and a performance chip, are just not worth the money, and can cause more problems than they are worth. also 500 bucks, buys a lot of gas too.but, check with your mechanic, I talked to mine, and he told me someonoe else with a vehicle identical to mine, paid 2 hundred bucks for a power chip (supposedly smog legal,) and the first thing it did was pop and engine light, and the computer threw a code. that convinced me, check with your mechanic, good luck
Short Ram is in the engine bay, Cold air is extended out of the engine bay to a spot where it picks up cooler air. Colder air is denser and likely would give greater power increase. I am led to believe the cold air intake has to be modified in wet weather to a ram air style so you don't in jest water when you hit puddle. The typical location for cold air is low in front end so it is open to water intrusion. I run an injen ram air intake and like it. I am not sure if there was any great power increase. It did change the sound. If you are in a state with smog inspections make sure what you buy is smog legal. The injen came with a C.A.R.B. sticker embossed on air intake pipe. I drive a 240sx and enjoy the ride.
