Question:

Is an air pressure vessel a pressure vessel

The pressure test for the air pressure body is 1.3

Answer:

The whole machine is not a pressure vessel
If the compressor is a non-oil screw machine, there is no need to consider the internal pressure vessel because it has no oil and gas separator. If it is a jet screw, the oil and gas separator inside is a pressure vessel. You need to be informed about the start and the inspection of the boiler. (the local technical supervision bureau) If it's a piston machine, the gas tank below is a pressure vessel. It is usually required for inspection. If there is a "simple pressure vessel" on the data and nameplate of the gas tank, the oil and gas separator, it will not be inspected. If there is a "CS" seal, it must be inspected
The machine itself is not, with or separate, the gas container is a pressure vessel (maximum resistance 12bar).
