Question:

Is it better to use epoxy resin or polyester resin to embed a piece of metal?

I have a chunk of metal that was very lucky, and I'd like to make a poker card protector out of it by embedding it in plastic. I looked at the crafts store and saw both clear epoxy resin and clear polyester resin. Is there a huge difference between the two? Both need a catalyst to cure/harden the resin. Is one more durable, or higher quality? What are the differences?

Answer:

Chances are your smoke detector needs new batteries also. I would just replace them.
The board doesn't have a tourney lock persay but you have to remove the left side of the grips to change anything. You could consider that your tourney lock since i doubt anyone will really want to remove the grip screws to change settings while on the field. Smart Parts makes a tourney lock cap but it's actually for the regulator prevents you from changing the velocity while on the field. I don't think the field will be so strict as to make you get one of those, especially since that's something else you wouldn't want to do on the field. By the way, the Ion Epiphany are different guns, although they both operate nearly exactly the same. Everything i mentioned above pertains to both both can be set to semi-only.
