Is it illegal to not mark speed bumps in Canada?

Answer:

Buy a Plastic Bed cover, and some depends for the poor kid. Bed wetting at that age is embarrassing, with the depends at least he will keep the pee in his pants.
I am assuming health reason where already checked into? If it's nothing physical then I would highly recommend to see a phsychologist. A 13 year old doesnt just wet the bed unless he has a condition with which he cant hold it. Good luck to them!
Has your friends son seen a doctor ? It is absolutely un-natural for a fourteen year old not to be able to control his bladder. More than likely he has a medical condition that is causing this problem. I would suggest that she make an appointment ASAP, as there are several rather serious medical conditions that could be contributing to this, one being that he may be Diabetic. Diabetes is very serious and not something to mess around about. If her son has it he needs to be monitored very closely by a Doctor. There are many other physical problems that a Diabetic needs to watch for and know about too. Even if its not Diabetes, there has to be some kind of medical problem there, so please tell her to take her Son to a doctor.
No, it is not likely that they will prevent you from receiving a shock. You should not be digging anywhere unless there is absolute certainty that no live wires might be in the area. DNR or no DNR, they should be following state guidelines for digging.
Bed wetting in an older child is a sign of a much deeper issue. It can indicate mental stress, abuse, bullying, or possible medical issue. In the mean time, restrict fluids 2 hours before bedtime, and put rubber sheets on the bed. Get this kid to a doctor ASAP though.
