I just got my rug back from the dry cleaner and it looks dull and still smells like mice urine.Is there a product that would revive the colors?
Yes. Totally normal. No commercial cleaning solutions remove the urine. No, there is no way to revive the colors, either.
This urine stained rug should have been cleaned by a hot water extraction carpet cleaner, who would have soaked the rug overnight in an enzyme solution, followed by a complete rinse and extraction prior to drying.
