Is it normal for air to leak out of a copper pipe on a refrigerator?

Answer:

I would never pay $20 for 1 blade, that is a rip off!! You can get michelin, anco and rainx blades for less than half that price.
No, it isn't normal. You need to shut your refri off and get it repaired. Running it without refrigerant will not let it cool and is a waste of electricity. And if you start losing lubricating oil, you could be facing a bigger repair bill.
Sounds like a freon leak, not an air leak. You need to get a pro out to fix this and recharge your system or your frige is going to stop getting cold very soon.
.that's NOT air. you've most likely lost some refrigerant. get it professional looked at !
Most of the ones you find at the auto store do a respectable job. Just get the cheapest ones you can find. I recently bought 2 for about $10 and they work great. Just make sure you install them correctly, and you're on your way. Good luck!
