No. not because of mixing the litters, but because Pine isn't a safe litter. softwoods release harmful phenols, and shouldn't be used to house animals on
It should be fine as long as both bedding as sutible for the rodent. But most pets like to have the same bedding throughout their lives (they could get stressed) It should be perfectly fine though.
I do it and I've had my hamster for 2 years! He/she (idk what it is still) likes it to be mixed way better! Best of both worlds (: Hope this helps!
