is it ok to take all of my supplements and medications first thing in the morning?

I take alot of supplements and more recently began taking a perscription medication when I first wake up to make sure that I take themthe question is, am I doing my body wrong here by doing this/should I space out my intake, or is this ok? The items I take are:L-arginine a multivitaminapple cider vinegar capsL-glutaminefiber cleansing caps2g cinnamonflax, borage, and omega's capsa testosterone booster (ginko, yerba matte, zinc)at night I may take ZMA on occasion my perscription medication: wellbutrin (which I just started)and I occasionally use a creatine blended drink in the morning for workouts which contains stuff like nitric oxide, taurine, and other stuffI plan on scaling back some of these like the apple cider vinegar and the fiber solution, but most of the others i've been taking for a whileSo my question is am I hurting myself by doing this or should i not take some of these or space them out?
