Question:

is it posibble to build a fiber glass body over an MGB car.?

So it will look like the ferris bueller ferrari. If so how can that be done.

Answer:

You can do a fiberglass body, but you can't build a ferrari with it. You can use an 80s Fiero body. They make conversions for a northstar cadillac engine, too.

fiber glass greater advantageous popular to physique shop workers as tigers hair is great to apply yet you will desire a mold to shape it in or you should use the whole automobile as a template.. the glass has no noticable fumes and isn't any longer risky to the floor.sandpaper for handsanding plus a good orbital sander and consistent with risk a pointy knife to trim a sprint.you will need alot of oil based media to positioned on the autos outdoors to maintain the fiber glass from sticking to the steel. additionally eliminate any and all sticking out ojects like trim mirrors door handles and ensure to paper the abode windows.its no longer stressful to get off abode windows yet i chanced on that it does take much less time to paper than scraping the stuff off and you may injury the glass. have relaxing and robust success

Anything is possible when your talking about fiberglass and making kit car bodies. You have to have wood working tools - and auto tools - Among other things you will have to know the fiberglass methods And how to mix it right - dealing with 1 gallon + at a time. Lastly you better be good with a tape measure and know angles and such.

I once built a Bradley GT kit car, from Calif., over a V.W. Superbettle chassis. It was a lot of work and time spent, but also fun and the result turned a lot of heads when I drove by. So, I would say why not!

Why would you want to mess up an MGB? I think they are much better then a Ferrari.
