i bought psyllium husk equate from Walmart todayIt has an orange flavor to it but i was wondering is it safe to add a lil sweetener to it because it isn't that tastydo you think that will defeat the purpose of using it? how about a low calorie drink mix?
wax paper is either a very thin sheet of wax (you probably knew that one), a a peice of what feels like tissue paper coated in a specialized synthetic wax.im not sure how its made, but i hope this helps.
psyllium is a soluble fiber and a sweetener would not change the function of the fiber You can get plan psyllium and use the juice of your choice ,this would give you the benefit of the juice and the fiber and would save you money in the long run.
