Answer:

Here are 3 simple things you can DO- to get RID of those 10 Pounds1Walk an Hour a Day- EVERY Day-It doesn't matter where or how, - just Do It2Cut out ALL between meal snacking ( if you can, PLEASE eat something for Breakfast-because it will reduce your desire for higher calorie meals- the REST of the day)And 3Put ICE in EVERYTHING you drink (except coffee- if you don't like it iced)Our bodies BURN calories to keep itself warm.-Everytime we drink something COLD- it has to burn calories to warm itself up again.- those calories ADD up! Do these 3 things- I PROMISE You- you'll lose ten pounds by early June! Try it out- good luck! :)
My doctor told me to steer clear of electric blankets during pregnancyThere is no study to prove conclusively that electric blanket usage is associated with pregnancy problems, but in my opinion it's better to be safe than sorryWhat to Expect While You're Expecting says the same thing on the subject as my doctorI haven't found anything about electromagnetic waves, but the risk of elevated temperature alone is enough to keep me away from itSame thing goes for heating padsAlso, I live in Texas and it's already HOT here, so there's no need for anything but air conditioning in my neck of the woodsThe section on cell phone usage during pregnancy in What to Expect While You're Expecting kind of addresses the radiation concern saying, Whether or not cell phones and the radiation they emit pose a danger to those who use them is controversialHowever, even the theoretical risks seem to be limited to the user- no link to miscarriage or birth defects has been suggestedPretty much I'd stay away from the electric blanket for the risk that you already mentioned, because it's so easy to overheat yourself and that's bad during any stage of pregnancyCongrats on your pregnancy!

Actually you can lose 7 lbs in just two days because that is water weight, with working out a bitYour 10 lbs all is probably just your water weight, and all you need to do is sweat as much as you can, while working out, and still drink plenty of fluidsI lost 13 lbs in 13 days, just by drinking red bulls when ever I got hungry, because those knocked my appetiteI know thats not the healthy way to do it but it worked for meI also do hip-hop abs, and that will defiantly make you sweatGood Luck
