Question:

is it safe to use engine brake on motorcycle?

My bike is 2014 honda crf250l single cylinder fuel injected

Answer:

Yes it's usually OK, although not to use to keep your speed down when going down hill, for example
be careful to not over-rev the engine as the wheel can lock up and cause a fall.
if you mean that you want to downshift rather than use the actual brakes to slow you down then yes, it is safe as long as you don't over rev the engine. But it will probably take a toll on the clutch over the long run and clutches are a lot more expensive than brake pads.
