Is pressed powder necessary?

I use concealer and foundation...the trublend by covergirl...but i find that when i use the pressed powder on top of the foundation...or when ever i use it it gives me a powdery look...and it the right color...and everything... So is it necessary to use when you use concealer and foundation?

if you talk to my step mom she says don't use any of it! I don't like concealer it makes my face look like a cake! so i don't use it! you need to do what you feel good doing! if you don't like powder then don't wear it! there are no rules of make up! really the only one there is is work it if it works for you!
no it isn't at all necessary unless you have oily skin then pressed powder would be advisable, but if its not foundation is enough if u want a more flawless finish give translucent powder a try only a small amount is needed
Pressed powder are designed for girls who have really oily skin. It gives the skin a nice finish after you've applied the foundation and concealer. It helps the makeup stay on and not fade quickly.
