I am planning to rent rug doctor to clean my apt.but afraid whether its so noisy
Yeah, it is kinda loud, but not terribly louder than your vacuum cleaner, so you should be OK. Just dont run it in the middle of the night and you will be fine, and it works fairly well too.
My father has worked for Rug Doctor over 20 years, and therefore we own one. It's a little loud, but I don't think it is that much louder than any other vacuum. My brother borrowed it once to clean his, and he had no complaints from neighbors. It works pretty good too... and I am not just saying that because I am associated with the company either, lol.
