I just decorated my jeans with safety pins all the way up on the left side, and laced them up on the right side. I also paint some patterns. But I heard that this is a thing of a past to do, I mean somebody had told me that it was popular back 7 years ago, and it is not fashion to wear it now. What is your opinion on that? Would you wear it now days?
A nonconductor does not have the charged particles that are nessasary to attract the lightning bolt, so no, lightening would not strike it. The lightening would strike a nearby conductive material, such as the barn or TV antenna on the house that was to be protected by the lightening rod that was of no value.
