Question:

Is the medicine wheel in Native Spirituality comparible to anything in Christianity?

The medecine wheel is the wheel that represents creation, community, and equality.

Answer:

Possibly the equal armed cross and the swastika before it was contaminated by Nazism. Both are solar wheels just like the Native American medicine wheel with similar symbolism.
All religions have some areas where they may have similarities to another religion or belief system, so your question is quite possible. However it is not the similarities of the two belief Systems that you should be looking at. Rather look to the main differences. And the main differences between all religions and Christianity, is in how they each See Jesus. Thus despite many possible similarities, it is the difference of Christ, that makes all the difference!
Well wheels like that aren't only found in the Americas, so I'm not sure you can make it spiritual in a religion sense in that you can compare it to Christianity. Don't forget the wheel largely also has to do with the four directions people pray to.
