Question:

Is the party responsible for a fire, responsible for my damages suffered?

I just moved into a new apartment and another tenant was cooking on a grill and it caught fire and destroyed 11 other units. Can I seek damages from the responsible person and/or their insurance company

Answer:

I have been riding for 17 years now. I have actually gone without a helmet twice during those 17 years. Guess what? It actually sucks riding without a full face helmet. I find that without a helmet, the roar of the wind is extremely loud and takes away from my enjoyment of the road. I rented this harley in Hawaii and rode it around the island. I wasn't expecting to be able to rent a bike, so I didn't bring my helmet. After about 15 minutes, I pulled into a grocery store and bought some earplugs. That wind in your hair feeling? Hurts after 30 minutes. Picking bugs out of your teeth? Those suckers hurt when they hit your bare cheek at 70 MPH. (Junebugs*shudder*) A full face helmet is comfortable and cool if you get it fit properly. It's also far safer. In case you were wondering, it doesn't constrain your vision except for your upper and lower peripheral vision. If you're looking at birds or airplanes you should be watching the road!
Just staying with UR question and not checking the math of problem as originally stated. I don't know what two(2) angles have to do with a double angle? but to solve for Θ:arcsin 0.4938 2Θ 2Θ 29.6° Θ 29.6/2 14.8° sol'n to the expression U asked about I suppose the compliment of this angle 90 - 14.8 75.2° could be used to also state the direction of the stream?
