Is the power LED lamp constantly flashing? Is it a power supply problem?

Answer:

LED lamp and LED drive power does not match the normal single foot 1W beads under current: 280-300mA, voltage: 3.0-3.4V, if not enough power LED chip will cause light source stroboscopic phenomenon, it can not withstand the current high lamp of a bright, serious phenomenon of the light beads of gold or copper built-in burning off the lead light is not bright.
If the outdoor lamp also has strobe, one bright, one extinguishes phenomenon, that is the lamps and lanterns water. The consequence is that the flash doesn't shine. Lamp and driving on the bad, driving water do good, just a broken lamp, light source can be replaced.
If the driver has over temperature protection function, and material performance can not meet the requirements of heat lamps, driving over temperature protection work will have a flash out of the phenomenon, such as: 20W cast light lamp shell used to assemble the 30W, it will not do heat.
Maybe the driving power is broken, so long as you put on another good driving power, it will not flash.
