Question:

is there any tool that will pick up aluminum nails?

there is a magnet for other type of nails except aluminum nails

Answer:

Not that I have heard of. The best way is manual hand pick up. If it is on concrete you might try making a pad out of a good stickey tape (turning the stickey part to the outside) that might speed up the process.
sadly, magnets do not work on aluminum, however, the are light enough, to be picked up by a vacuum.
Aluminum can't be magnetized - it's not ferrous. Put a piece of old pantyhose over the hose of a vacuum and vacuum the area... the nails will be picked up by the suction, but not sucked into the hose. Then you can just tale them off.
