Is there anything i can use when cooking instead of foil as foil contains aliminium which can be harmfull?

I hate it when all the fat drips to the bottom of the pan yet i dont want to use foil,any sugestions?

I would be very interested to see the evidence that aluminium foil is harmfulAny compounds produced by the foil could only poison you if you plan to eat the foil.
not sure if home depot has it but lowes has blow in insulation at about 8 or 9 dollars a bale, and machine is free if you buy ten or 12 bags, this is simple to do but kinda messy i suggest to cut a vent at the suffoxx and run hose thur that and just fill it up , it lays really nice and if you get 15 bags and only use 12 take the rest back ,
