Question:

Is water with wire safe?

For those electrical wires used for electrical appliances (computer monitor, chargers) are the wires itself water resistant or is it still dangerous?

Answer:

Water and electricity is not a good combination, and only those stated for outdoor use are water resistant. Cheers
It's less dangerous if the appliance is plugged into a GFCI. Those are the electric sockets that have a test and reset button, and are installed in bathrooms and kitchens of newer homes.
If you value your life and the lives of your nearest and dearest, get all those electrical appliances away from the water and the source of the water and get somebody to fix that leak or cause of spillage. It could even be just condensation dripping off a window, and something as simple as that could kill you. Please be careful. Water and electricity is a deadly combination to us carbon units. We love you. Please don't die.
of course, it is still dangerous.Wire is a conductor, who knows, there might be a small cut in the wire, the electric current may pass through that and react with the water.it's better if you'll be more careful.I suggest that you keep those wires away from water
its better to keep the water away
