Send it back and order a larger sizeTrying to block a commercially made jumper larger is not going to workIF a jumper is hand-knit and IF the yarn is 100% wool (or similar fiber, such as merino), you might be able to wet-block it a half-size largerHowever, wet-blocking is a skill that you'd want to have already before you started experimenting.
