Question:

Jaw lock on left and right side?

I have severe TMJ and in my case my jaw locks on both sides making it painful to even eat applesauce or drink water. I've asked an orthodontist and he said to just take pain medication. It made me very upset that i went all the way to the doctor to just have them tell me to take Advil. Of course the pain is a factor but i'm more worried about not being able to open my mouth even half way. Is there ANYTHING that can help my condition? I'm suffering day by day and slowly dieing it feels like. I need something to change or i'm going to go crazy :(

Answer:

It's not a good idea to try and bend it, that weakens the pipe, it's difficult to get the correct angle and the stuff is so cheap, why would you!
Until a few decades ago helmets weren't even required. Masks get in the way, fog up, get loose, mess with the players depth perception, and are just annoying. However the nhl is discussing grandfathering in visors (half face, clear shields) like they did with helmets. This is where current players who wish to keep playing without a visor can do so. But, any new members to the league will be required to wear them. While it may be super dangerous to play without one, I've been doing it for years with no major accidents.
because they fog up to easy alos the caged ones wil make it harder to see
