Jewelry question: What is ultra copper alloyed material?

There are these earrings that I want to buy that say on the package that they are made of ultra copper alloyed material. Does anyone know what that is and does it TARNISH easily? Thanks.

Answer:

Despite their excellent resistance to corrosion, polished copper and copper alloys do eventually tarnish on exposure to normal, moist atmospheres. However, the original finish can quickly be restored using recommended metal polishes. Page 5 of the site listed below.
Copper alloys are metal alloys that have copper as their principal component. They have high resistance against corrosion. The best known traditional types are bronze, where tin is a significant addition, and brass, using zinc instead. Both these are imprecise terms. Copper is often alloyed with precious metals like silver and gold.
