There are at least 2 other helmets with similar features, the Aria XD and the Zeus ZS 2100 B. But after market adapters to install shields on other helmets are not likely to see the market. To put a flip shield on a helmet means drilling holes through the shell and using adhesives to hold parts in place. Both of these would compromise the integrity of a shell that was not engineered to be drilled and glued. So what after market company would sell a kit that could have significant liability should the user be severely injured while wearing a modified helmet.
You could always us the view and verbiage of the friend or lady who caused the accidentan outside looking kind of viewpoint. What reality are you being exposed to? Texting while driving?
