I would say intermediate, if u are willing, you should get an intermediate dolomite spyne because they come in a lower flex (55) and when u cut it because they are longer, the more stiffer it gets, so it would probably end at around 70 flex. but anyways, i would recommend lower flex intermediate sticks.
