Place chicken on rack in broiler pan (reserve marinade) and broil 5 to 6 inches from heat source for 15 minutes, basting twice with reserved marinade. Turn chicken and repeat. Chicken is cooked when it is brown and juices run clear when meat is pierced. May also grill chicken. Yield: 4 servings.
