Someone recently gave me a gift in a small bag, that was dry ingredients for a key lime pie. You only had to add, cool whip and cream cheese. Can anyone help me out finding this recipe? Your help is truly appreciated!!
Okay, first crush up a couple of garlic cloves, put them in a bowl or baggie with a good bit of olive oil and lime juice, salt and pepper. Toss the chicken breast around in that. On the rice, if it is not premixed, cook it according to the directions, but only use half of the seasoning pack. Add a lil bit of lime juice, and some diced onions, if you have that? Get an iron or heavy skillet good and hot, pat the chicken of a bit with a paper towel and then add a little olive oil to the pan. Sear the chicken brown, and then turn it down low to finish it. To plate it, mound up the rice on a plate, and then lay slices of the chicken over it. If you had a bit of bottled salsa to go over it, that would be great, and a wedge of the lime.
