Question:

Knocking noise from car at low speeds over light bumps?

I have a 04' Nissan Pulsar (Bluebird Sylphy) with high mileage. Very annoying knocking noise happens when driving at low speeds (under 65km/h/40mph) usually on gravel. Had the car on a hoist and ball joints, bushings, tie rods and the exhaust assembly seem to be okay (self inspection). Car has been previously written off but suffered minor damage. Mechanic has replaced already the rear motor mount and rear brake shoes. C.V joints are 'non-clicky' and seem to be in good working order. Thanks in advance.

Answer:

To turn off alarm after it sounds you can do one of three things; Unlock doors using remote key fob, insert key into door lock and unlock drivers door or insert key into ignition switch and turn. To re-arm the system, (it's passive), close all doors and lock them. The alarm with arm itself automatically 30 seconds after the last door was closed and locked. In your case most likely will be the alarm system electrical/ Electronic portion need to be checked out. Most of the time it'll have to check out by qualified alarm technician. Alarm shop for After market systems or Dealer for OEM system I prefer when it come to my vehicle alarm system.
First of all you don't put something on the stove and walk away. To make popcorn you put a little oil in the pan along with some popcorn. You put a top on the pan. It will begin popping in just a minute or so. You shake the pan a little. And it's done. If you start an oil fire again, remember it has to be smothered. Turn off the stove and put a top on the pan to smother the fire.
