i have a packard bell laptop and it is only 1 year and 4 months old now it still works but when i try to charge it it would charge and wont charge somtimes, it only charge when i put pressure on it, move the cable in a specific place, but i tried using the charger on my brothers laptop and the charger works on his and im a bit confused on what is happening,

Sounds like the power jack on you laptop is damaged, or the solder joint connecting it to the motherboard has cracked (a very common problem). This is not a do-it-yourself repair, unless you are a skilled electronics technician. Expect to pay a shop between $75 - $125 for it.
