Rated voltage 19 volts. Rated current 3.95 amps.
In other words, the voltage is constant at 19V, but the current can not exceed 3.95A, over will overheat and protect or damage! 19 × 3.95 = 75.05W is the maximum power.
19V is rated voltage. 3.95A is the maximum output current.
