Question:

Laser safety goggles?

With a 1W blue laser (yes wickedlasers) without shining the beam anywhere near them would a spectator still need safety goggles? Or would they be ok without them for short burst viewing?

Answer:

It varies greatly depending on quality and name brand, but you can get a good pant, jersey, glove combo for $150 to $200. Decent boots for $200. A good helmet for $150 to $200. Goggles for $30 to $50. Chest protector $75 to $125. Kidney belt $40. Knee guards $40. If you want a Leatt neck brace for racing that is pretty expensive, $400 to $600, but not everyone uses them. They are great to have if you can afford it though.
American Healthcare system SUCKS! I've been in and around it for most of my life and the American Healthcare system is blatantly skewed to care only best for the wealthy. Our overall healthcare for our nation is horrendous! When over 50 MILLION people are stuck not even being able to get regular checkups and medications without severe hardship, the nation is messed up. The UK and Canada are perfectas national healthcare has waiting issues and such we don't see here with private insurancebut at least everyone CAN get care! That's more than the big ol US of A can say! Our system screws not only citizens, but the health care workers too! Doctors can't even administer well anymore due to the insurance companies! So. satisfied? .. definately not.
Depends who the contributor is.
