Question:

Life in the Projects?

After more than 12 years on the NYC Housing Authority waiting list, I finally got a chance to rent an apartment in the Far Rockaway Projects (Beach 41st Street Houses)I lasted 3 months and needed to moveWhy did I move out? Here are the reasons: 1-LOUD RADIOS between 12am and 6am.2-Urine and other nasty stuff in the elevators.3-My mail box was constantly broken into4-I could not sleep due to NOISE.5-Gang fights in and out of the building6-Prostitution in the building7-Drugs in the buildingShould I go on? I rented a furnished room in the East New York section of Brooklyn BEFORE being accepted by Housing but like I said, I could not live with those animals (they are not people)I am hispanic (not white) for those of you who think this is a racist white person talking bad about your precious ghettoI DO NOT accept assignments in bad areasYes, money is tight, very tight but I am now sharing an apartment with a family member and so, things are SLIGHTLY better.

Answer:

Unpaired electrons (metals with odd numbers of electrons) are good conductors because the unpaired electrons are able to flow or transferred to neighborring atoms.
I live in the city in NJnear Philadelphia I totally agree with youSome people live like animalsThe landlord, the law and the government doesnt stop itIts not fair to the people that are paying rent and doing the right thingI am very lucky to live in a good apartmentVery quiet, very little crime, my car is safe, i am safeCan you believe i live in the city? I love it hereI have lived here for over 30 years and i refuse to move I stongly believe it has to do with the landlordMy landlord is very selective who he moves inThey must workCannot have 20 people live in 1 apartment, he tries to move in all older peoplenot young people.
