Question:

lifted trucks at dealer but not on webpage?

how come when you go to a car dealership they have plenty of lifted modified trucks in the parking lot, but then when you go to that dealers website there is no mention of these trucks?

Answer:

If you are speaking about new trucks, they are a special order type item. Be careful as some of the mods done can void the factory warranty
usually dealers will put the truck that is straight from the factory on their website. when they add parts, these are basically dealer extras. pay attention to the parts they add though, and make sure these are covered under the truck warranty. the dealer will overcharge extras sometimes, so it might be cheaper to buy a stock truck and add the stuff yourself, except lifts because they will void the warranty if you do it yourself.
