Question:

Lightening struck a pole near our housenow forcast says more thunderstorms, and worse. What precautions?

What precautions can we take, if any, to keep the house safe? Aside from basic things, like having candles and food ready. What are the dangerous involved in a lightening storm. It was REALLY loud. Our phones went out and if it wern't for a surge protectoer, our computers would have too. Our dvd player even broke!

Answer:

As long as you are removing all the heat of the fire it should put any fire out. Obviously it doesn't though because water can't always remove the heat. A fire needs to have a complete triangle of heat, fuel and oxygen in order to work. Take one of them away and it is no longer a fire :)
Skullcandy crushers are much better. I have a set of beats and HONESTLY they are nothing special
