Question:

Lightning interference?

Say I have a window and a little bit under said window, I put a PS3. Now if lightning were to hit the window, would the lightning affect the ps3 by short circuiting it?

Answer:

infrared detectors detect infra red heat or a quick chance in temperature. That's why you never put them near plants, or forced heat. But they come in different types such as pause counts which stop them from going into alarm so quick. Photoelectric are different. They act as a beam you need to break. The beam is somewhat like a pin light red beam you get at wal mart. But you can't see it. They usually are installed in factory's. But for a home system, use infra red
Yes, you can. There is no requirement for a saddle on horses in Michigan. Basically, a horse and rider are required to follow the same rules of the road as a motor vehicle. The following is from the Michigan Motor Vehicle Code: Sec. 604. A person riding an animal or driving an animal-drawn vehicle upon a roadway shall be granted all of the rights and shall be subject to all the duties, criminal penalties, and civil sanctions applicable to the driver of a vehicle by this chapter, except those provisions of this chapter which by their very nature may not have application. (It's a good thing they added that last part. Otherwise you might have had to wear a seatbelt on your horse. ;-) See the Source for more information. I hope this helps.) BTW, the previous very lengthy answer cites to British requirements, which are not very useful in Michigan.
