Logitech Wireless Keyboard Troubleshooting
what causes shift key to stick?
I just purchased a Logitech M510 MOUSE, my keyboard does not work, that Logitech wireless keyboard would be compatible
My wireless is a K350. I unplugged and moved my desk top computer. Now my wireless Logitech K350 keyboard isn't working. I have tried the above to troubleshoot and I can't type any letters in.
So besides the fact that you didn't write the actual problem, this may help you: 1)Change the USB port; 2)If both the mouse and keyboard are wireless both u must have both USBs connected to the PC; 3)Try pressing connect on the keyboard first and then the rest; 4)Install the software of the keyboard and be sure it identifies the keyboard; Please tell me what keyboard you are using cause this thing also happened to me with a Dinovo Edge and after 3 hours it started working Hope it helped!
