Question:

Longboard wheel question?

For a 42 inch board, is 70mm wheels good, or is 75mm better?

Answer:

could be the shifter linkages need adjusting (because it works and then it does not work) Take to a HONDA dealership Let them fix their car. (yeah, you guys are gonna find out VW dealership repairs cost the same, so does Chevy, so does Ford so does Chrysler, so does Ferrari which is lots)
you are probably low on transmission fluid, this or your serpentine belt needs to be changed due to wear and tear. The loss of power could also point towards the alternator as well. The first two you may be able to do yourself but the alternator may require expert assistance.
Drive and reverse are the first gears to go because they are the ones that are used the most. Very likely that you ll need to get a rebuild. Just make sure you take it to a company that doesn t charge an arm and a leg. You can also buy your own transmission (that has a warranty) and pay someone else to install it. Labor should only run about 500-800$
complicated problem. seek onto bing and yahoo. that might help!
70mm is perfect. It really depends on if you board can fit 75mm wheels as well. Some boards do not have the cutouts for big wheels, so you could have the wheel rub onto your board, which would stop it and cause you to fly off. You could always get risers, but that would make the board super high off the ground, and that is annoying to push.
