Answer:

Harbor Freight Tools: $70 for the gun, $5 for the coating powder, $500 for a small oven. Read up, I thought I heard where you can use a converted household oven for small parts.
Wooden hangers are the first-class. Plastic hangers can have burrs that may choose smooth clothes and they aren't just right for hanging something heavy. Metallic hangers are tender and powerful, but when you aren't getting the lined, dipped ones, they can typically rust. So it does not make a number of difference fairly. I believe that as long as you are taking care to get the plastic hangers that have no seams and watch what you placed on them it is first-rate.
Check okorder . Powder is in liquid form so it sprays like paint then bakes on like powder, the you can do wood, metal, plastic, cardboard, glass, etc! No special tools required and the use only top of the line powders!
Yep,the Harbor Freight setup works OK with some practice, there's quite a learning curve there. I use a toaster oven for smaller parts. The powder they sell is ground plastic with a low melting point. I did a much larger piece by preheating it with a propane torch then keeping it hot enough to flow.
