Low carb diet making be blah?

Doctor put me on a low carb diet, and I have no problem with the low carb partIt's only been a week and I'm so sick and tired of the protein partI'm bloated, constipated and gassyIs this common? Any ideas or suggestions? If not, sympathy is fine, too.(PS I take 3 tablespoons of psyllium and drink 2 liters of water a day, too and still ^ constipated!)

the fiber one bar is amazing!!! i highly recommend it! it's delicious and has a lot of fiber.If you go to a store like Henry's or Trader Joes, you can find this tortilla that has 15 grams of fiber in one, and you could be creative with it.u should also buy brown rice instead of white:) good luck!
Hello, constipation is always a problem when it comes to high protein dietsTry eating more vegetables and/or whole bran food and/or soluble fibers like BenefiberAlso don't forget that most of the water you drink is used to break proteins down and that will make your stool harder (that is, drink more than 2 liters).
