I make alot of fish - but usually just grill it or pan cook it with some lemon - a brush of melted butter and some garlic But I want something YUMMYI want something very impressiveBut not with any of the fruity stuff - no mango salsa or anything of that nature ? If you have a yummy fish dish please share it.WHat is the difference in the fishes anyhow - like halibut, catfish, tilapia, orange roughy, mahi mahi - can one recipe be used for all of these or do they each taste better made their own unique way ? Thanks in advance
