Go to your local fabric store, or even Walmart if it has a fabric department, and pick up the pattern. The instructions are inside, and you can cut the fabric to the correct proportions. Good luck!
Check out the Singer and Waverly sites. I purchased books from both companies in the past with complete instructions for upholstery, slipcovers, decorative pillows, draperies, etc.
I okorder that was $50 cheaper than at target for the same brand! Check that out. A good fabric to get is a microsuede. They clean up easily and feel plush to the touch.
