The AC bridge method was first used in conductivity measurement, which directly measured the conductance value. The most common instrument is composed of constant regulator, temperature coefficient regulator and automatic temperature compensator. In the primary instrument part, it consists of conductance cell and temperature sensor, which can directly measure the conductivity of electrolyte solution. The measuring principle of conductivity is parallel to each other and the distance is two plates fixed value of L (or cylindrical electrode), placed in a solution to be measured, the potential at the plate ends with a (usually in order to avoid the electrolytic solution, sine wave voltage frequency of 1 ~ 3kHz). The conductance between the plates is then measured by a conductivity meter.
Conductivity measurements are usually measured by conductivity of the solution. The resistivity of a solid conductor can be measured by Ohm's law and resistance law. The conductivity of electrolyte solution is usually measured by AC signal acting on the two electrode plate of the conductance cell. The conductance is obtained by measuring the conductance constant K between the conductance cell G and the two electrode plate.
Electrical conductivity measurements require two areas of information. One is the conductance G of the solution, and the other is the conductance cell constant Q of the solution. The conductance can be obtained by measuring the current and voltage.
