My daughter was in a toddler bed before age 1, and was in a full sized bed by age 2.
It really depends on the toddler, however personally I think it often is better to wait until the child is at least 2 or older or if she/he keep trying to climb out the crib. I think 22 month is about the right time. Make sure she feel comfort with her new bed. Hope it help
