My '05 Mustang is cycling the automatic door locks while I'm driving!!? This just started and it seems like it

Answer:

Why the hell did you buy a mustang in the first place! 69 Mustang i can understand but 05 Mustang is a pile of shite and does not go around corners. Trade it in and get an old one, Go on you know it makes sense!
Isn't it still under warranty? take it to the dealership
You might have a loose ground or connection somewhere. Do you have an aftermarket alarm installed? They cause those sorts of problems some times.
This digital version of your manual is in pdf format so it is easy to download & save to your computer. If you don't want the entire manual ... I'll copy the directions for you: ************copy of page 65********* Autolock (if equipped) On vehicles equipped with an automatic transmission, this feature automatically locks all vehicle doors when: ? all doors are closed, ? the ignition is in the 3 (ON) position, ? the brake is pressed before reaching 5 mph (8 km/h), and ? then the vehicle increases to more than 5 mph (8 km/h). Relock The autolock feature repeats when: ? an “autolock” occurrence has already taken place, ? the brake is depressed while vehicle speed is less than 5 mph (8 km/h), ? any vehicle door is opened and then all doors become closed again, and ? then the vehicle increases to more than 5 mph (8 km/h). Deactivating/activating the autolock feature Before following the procedure, make sure that the ignition is in the 1 (OFF/LOCK) position and all vehicle doors are closed. You must complete Steps 1-7 within 30 seconds or the procedure will have to be repeated. If the procedure needs to be repeated, you must wait 30 seconds. 1. Turn the ignition to the 3 (ON) position. 2. Press the power door unlock control three times. 3. Turn the ignition from the 3 (ON) to the 1 (OFF/LOCK) position. 4. Press the power door unlock control three times. 5. Turn the ignition back to the 3 (ON) position. The horn will chirp. 6. Press the unlock control, then press the lock control. The horn will chirp once if autolock was deactivated or twice (one short and one long chirp) if autolock was activated. 7. Turn the ignition to the 1 (OFF/LOCK) position. The horn will chirp once to confirm the procedure is complete. ************end Copy*********** I hope this helps, if not, you may have to make that trip to the dealer after all. ;'-)
