my 94 plymouth sundance is not blowing air on ac,heat or defrost changed blower motor still doesn't work?

Answer:

you will have a rheostat (blower motor control module) under the dash on pass side. it controls the blower motor speed. more than likley your problem. two plug-ins on it. one plug-in goes from the blower motor directly to it.
you may need new relays on the blower motor...
Did you replace the blower inside the house or the fan on the outside? Check compressor if its running and line is frosting up. If so need freon if not check start capacitor for condensor fan and compressor.
You are probably going to need some help, but maybe not. You need to make sure the motor is getting power. Do that first and get back to us... If the motor is not getting power, look at switch and wiring....FUSE? You didn't really help us help you much.
does it blow air in any speed? I would check the ground to the blower motor
