Question:

My best friend has a birthday on thursday She eats dessert for breakfast Does anyone know any good dessert

She loves chocolate, peanut butter, and nutsShe is vegetarianShe would prefer if I baked it, but I would like to purchase itIf I bake it I need a really good recipe

Answer:

sometimes I use a round cake pan and it turns out the same just check cooking time will be differenta little longer
muffin mix and quick bread mix are the same thingIn would put it in a bread pan and slice itI do that quite often.
If the recipe makes 12 muffins, bake it in a 9x9 pan, if it's 24 then use a 9x13 panIt will take longer so count on 25 minutes at leastPaper cups will not hold up when not supported by the muffin pan.
The baking cups will not hold their shape and are likely to spill over into the panSince you already have the mix made, why not just put it in a cake pan or baking panYou can always slice it like cake or cut it into squares for servingAll you have to do is adjust your baking timeIt will take 25 to 30 minutes instead of 15 to 20 minutes.
Oh I know this recipe sounds perfect! No-Bake Peanut Butter Squares This delicious bar recipe is easy to make and only takes about 30 minutes to prepareBut plan ahead since you need to chill it for a couple hours Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar 1 1/2 cup margarine, softened 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky) 1 tspvanilla 3 cups graham cracker crumbs (approximately 40 squares) 1 cup chopped peanuts (optional) 1 12-ozpackage semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups) 1/4 cup peanut butter Directions: Line a 9x9x2 inch pan with aluminum foil(Leave about 1 inch hanging over the opposite sides so you can lift the bars easily from the pan.)
